Yevhenii leads the organization’s strategic direction, focusing on development projects, private sector growth, government engagement, and investment promotion. He works at the intersection of business and public sector, facilitating dialogue, advancing advocacy initiatives, and resolving complex B2G challenges. Previously, he served as Deputy CEO of UkraineInvest (2021–2023).

Alina oversees program delivery and policy-related work, with expertise spanning business consulting, human rights policy, digital transformation, and data governance. Her work focuses on the legal and regulatory dimensions of information and communication systems, including personal data protection and open data frameworks.

Margarita focuses on industrial, infrastructure, and energy projects, with experience in large-scale construction and development initiatives. Her core expertise lies in team leadership and strategic advisory, supporting the structuring and execution of complex projects in the industrial sector, from concept to implementation.

Yulia leads international partnerships and cross-border initiatives, focusing on business development and multi-stakeholder coordination. She has worked with global organizations including Deloitte and JTI, and brings experience from diplomatic roles with the United Nations and Ukraine’s Permanent Mission to the UN in Geneva.

Viktoria supports program implementation with a strong legal background across public policy domains, including open data, personal data protection, media regulation, and defense-related matters. She contributes to the development and operation of information and communication systems from a regulatory perspective.

Maksym focuses on stakeholder engagement and partnership development across government, business, and civil society. His work centers on advocacy, policy analysis, and coordination of joint initiatives, with an emphasis on building effective regulatory frameworks and institutional cooperation.
